We use a special Java applet that must be installed on your PC in order for you
to view document images. Unfortunately there are times when the print applet will
not download or install because of PC problems or network security policies. If
you are having trouble viewing your images there are a few things that you can do.
1. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the Java Virtual Engine. This can be downloaded from: Java.com it takes only a minute to do and solves the majority of document image problems. 2. We cannot guarantee that older versions of Internet Explorer (pre 6.0) will be compatible with our Java applet. If you are using an older version of I.E. you may want to upgrade to the latest version. You can find the latest version at the Microsoft Download Center. If you are still having problems, please contact our Customer Care Center.
Usually, if you can view your document images, then you can print them as well.
But there are times when printing just does not want to cooperate. Part of the
reason is that there is a separate Java printing applet that is supposed to
automatically download and install on your PC. Unfortunately there are times
when the print applet will not download or install because of PC or network
security policies.
However, manually downloading and installing the applet usually does the trick. Click here to download the routine for a manual install. When you click, you will see a dialog box asking what you want to do with the file. Simply choose "Run" to immediately install the routine or "Save" to save the routine to your desktop and run later. Installing the print routine solves the majority of printing problems.
We use cookies to verify your login status and in a few applications for program to program
communications. The cookies are what is known as 'session' cookies, which means that when you
close your browser, they effectively go away. You can also logout and remove your session cookies
by choosing the 'Logout' link located to the left of the Help link.
